N230-100 Cat6 RJ45 plugs can be used with Solid or Stranded conductor Cat6 wire. Included Load-Bars add to ease of termination and virtually foolproof results. Staggered Up-Down design for enhanced performance and reduction of Near End Cross-talk ( NEXT). 50 micro-inch gold contacts for durability and longevity. Polycarbonate housing, UL94-V2.
