– Combines an 8 port KVM switch, 17″ LCD screen, keyboard and touchpad in a 1U rackmountable drawer
– Supports video resolutions up to 1280 x 1024
– Switch between ports via pushbuttons, OSD or keyboard hot key commands
– Includes autoscan feature
– Multi-level password security (administrator/user) to ensure only those with authorization can access connected computers/servers
– Includes additional VGA monitor and PS/2 keyboard/mouse ports, allowing for the connection of an external console, or a Tripp Lite B051-000 IP Remote Access Unit
– Hot pluggable; add or remove computers without having to power down the switch
– Auto-sensing of station position on daisy chained installations; no need for manual DIP switch setting, front panel LED indicates station position
– Port names automatically reconfigured when station sequence is changed
– Firmware upgradeable
